Interested in being a vendor at the 2025 Fair & Rodeo? Applications will be available online and in the office beginning January 15, 2025! Primary deadline is March 3, 2025. Applications will be only be mailed upon request. DO NOT SEND MONEY WITH THE APPLICATION.
Missed the deadline? Not a problem. Please feel free to fill out an application! Vendor spots may become available at the last minute. Applications that are on file will be first for review to fill in the space.
The Lea County Fair reserves the right to assign space in accordance with other exhibitors, needs, and products currently booked. Spaces are filled using completed applications submitted. The Fair strives to maintain a balanced variety of products and services. Spaces are filled with this in mind and not by date received. Any application which is not legible & complete will not be considered. If your application is selected, you will be issued a contract and sent via mail, unless email is specifically requested. Prices may change between the date of your application and when you are selected. PAYMENT IS DUE WITH THE SIGNED CONTRACT.
